EDUCATION: Grade School: One room Country School in north west Meade County, Meade Grade School, and Meade High School

PERSONAL: Married Bob Lewellen September 16, 1955. We have two sons and one daughter, four grandsons and one granddaughter (ages 12 to 22) We celebrated 50 Years of marriage last year (2005) with a family gathering and a trip to Hawaii.

LIVED IN: Meade, Hutchinson, Bloom, Zenith, Bazine, Leoti, and back to Hutchinson

WORK HISTORY: First -- wife and mother, clerical, and book work while in Leoti, 20 years of income tax work (gained Enrolled Agent status and opened my own practice), currently retired (or at least almost). I worked with cub scouts, music departments in the schools while our kids were attending, and served in various positions in the church .

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS: For a number of years we enjoyed riding the motorcycle. I was just a passenger and depended on Bob for the driving. We traveled in every continental state. On some trips one or more of our kids joined us and sometimes we went by ourselves such as the trip to Jasper Canada. We square danced for a number of years. Currently down hill snow skiing is my favorite winter activity as well as yard work, walking for exercise etc. I still enjoy the piano. working on memory books, and the computer. We enjoy visiting our kids and grandkids and taking in their activities takes top priority in our travel time.
